Holiday Vibez is a full-service travel company based in India, specialising in curated international holiday packages. We design and manage complete travel experiences — flights, hotels, transfers, tours, activities, visa assistance, and 24/7 on-trip support — across destinations including Dubai, Europe (France, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, and 15+ other countries), Singapore, Thailand, Maldives, Bali, Japan, Oman, and more.
We are not a booking engine where you select from pre-built packages. Every Holiday Vibez trip is personalised — we build your itinerary around your dates, group size, budget, interests, and preferences. Whether you want a budget-friendly city break or a 5-star luxury escape, we create it specifically for you.
Booking directly with airlines and hotels or using an online travel aggregator (OTA) gives you individual components — a flight here, a hotel there. You are your own tour manager, coordinator, and problem-solver if anything goes wrong.
Holiday Vibez gives you a complete, managed experience:
- One point of contact for your entire trip — flights, hotels, visas, transfers, activities
- Expert curation — we know which hotels are genuinely good value, which tours are worth it, and which to avoid
- 24/7 on-trip support — if a flight is cancelled, a hotel has a problem, or anything goes wrong, you call us
- Visa assistance — we handle the documentation, guide you through the process, and track your application
- Price advantage — our supplier relationships often give us access to better rates than public booking platforms
Holiday Vibez operates as a travel services company primarily through digital channels — our website (www.holidayvibez.com), WhatsApp (+91 96451 23446), phone, and email (holidays@holidayvibez.com). We serve customers across India.
For office visit enquiries, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp first so we can confirm availability and schedule a meeting at a convenient time. Most customers find it more convenient to plan their holiday entirely by phone and WhatsApp — our team is available Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 6PM IST.
We currently offer packages to the following destinations, with more being added regularly:
- Middle East: Dubai & UAE, Oman (including Dubai-Oman road trips)
- Southeast Asia: Singapore, Thailand (Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi, Chiang Mai), Bali (Indonesia), Vietnam
- South Asia & Indian Ocean: Maldives, Sri Lanka
- East Asia: Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka), South Korea
- Europe: Switzerland, France, Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Turkey, Georgia, and multi-country European tours
- Long-haul: USA, Australia, New Zealand (on request)
If you have a destination in mind that is not listed above, contact us — we can often arrange it for you.
Yes. Holiday Vibez is a registered business operating in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations. We follow the consumer protection standards applicable to travel services companies in India, including compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 for handling customer data.
All bookings are covered by our published Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and Booking Policy — available on our website.
It's simple — just reach out to us through any of these channels:
- Website enquiry form at www.holidayvibez.com — fill in your destination, dates, group size, and preferences
- WhatsApp: +91 96451 23446 — send us a message describing your dream trip
- Phone: +91 96451 23446 — speak directly with a travel specialist
- Email: holidays@holidayvibez.com
We'll send you a detailed, personalised quotation within 4–24 hours. There is no cost to receive a quotation and no obligation to book.
For most standard packages, we send a detailed quotation within 4–8 working hours of receiving your enquiry. For complex, multi-destination, or large-group itineraries, we may take up to 24 hours to ensure the quotation is accurate and well-researched.
Quotations are valid for 24–48 hours because airline fares and hotel availability change continuously. To secure the quoted price, the deposit must be paid within this window.
Your booking is confirmed only when all three of these have happened:
- You have reviewed and accepted the quotation
- Holiday Vibez has received and verified your deposit payment
- Holiday Vibez has sent you a written Booking Confirmation email with a unique booking reference number
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Every Holiday Vibez package is customisable before confirmation:
- Hotel category upgrade or downgrade
- Travel date changes
- Add-on activities (skydiving, hot air balloon, private yacht, cooking classes, etc.)
- Meal plan changes (room-only, breakfast, half-board, all-inclusive)
- Private vs group transfers and tours
- Special occasion arrangements (honeymoon setup, anniversary cake, birthday décor)
- Dietary requirements (Jain, vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free)
Customisation after the Booking Confirmation is issued attracts an amendment fee of ₹1,500 per person. So tell us all your preferences before confirming — it costs nothing to adjust at the quotation stage.
Yes — group travel is one of our specialities. We handle family holidays, friend group trips, corporate offsites, school tours, and wedding destination groups.
Most packages have no minimum group size — we book for solo travellers, couples, and families too. Specific group packages may have a minimum (typically 4–6 persons) which will be stated in the quotation.
For groups of 10 or more, contact us for a dedicated group quotation — we offer group discounts, flexible payment schedules, and a complimentary place for every 15 paying passengers on select packages.
The deposit depends on the package type:
- Standard packages (60+ days to departure): 25% of total package price
- Luxury / premium packages: 50% of total package price
- Peak season (Diwali, Christmas, New Year): 50% — due immediately
- Last-minute bookings (within 30 days): 100% — full payment at time of booking
- Maldives / island resorts: 50–100% depending on resort
The exact deposit amount is always stated in your quotation.
The balance due date is stated in your Booking Confirmation. Typically:
- Standard international packages: 60 days before departure
- Premium or Maldives packages: 75–90 days before departure
- Last-minute departures (within 30 days): Full payment at time of booking
We accept:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) — preferred for larger amounts. Please share your UTR number after transfer.
- UPI — for payments up to ₹1,00,000 per transaction
- Credit / Debit Card — via our secure payment gateway. A processing fee of up to 2% may apply.
Cash is accepted only for amounts up to ₹2,000 in compliance with Indian tax regulations. We do not accept cash for package payments above this limit.
Website prices are indicative starting prices — the lowest price available for that package type under ideal conditions (early booking, standard dates, minimum group size). Your actual price depends on:
- Your specific travel dates (peak season costs more)
- Your group size
- Current airline fare availability
- Hotel availability in the category you require
- Any customisations or upgrades you request
- Currency exchange rates for international packages
Once your Booking Confirmation is issued, your price is fixed — with very limited exceptions:
- Government-imposed taxes introduced after booking
- Significant airline fuel surcharges (over 2% of total price)
- Currency movements exceeding 5% on internationally priced services
We absorb increases of up to 2%. For increases of 2–10%, we give you 14 days' notice. If the increase exceeds 10%, you can cancel with a full refund.
Yes — visa assistance is included in most of our packages. We provide:
- Guidance on documents required for each destination
- Application form support and document checklist
- Submission support for online and embassy applications
- Application tracking and follow-up
Here is a general guide for Indian passport holders — always verify current requirements before travelling:
- Visa on arrival / eVisa (usually straightforward): Thailand, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Indonesia (Bali), Vietnam, Cambodia, Kenya
- eVisa required (apply in advance): UAE (Dubai), Oman, Singapore, Saudi Arabia
- Visa required in advance (embassy/VFS): All Schengen countries (Europe), UK, USA, Japan, Australia, South Korea, New Zealand
Requirements change regularly. Holiday Vibez will confirm the current requirement for your specific destination when you enquire.
Apply as early as possible — visa processing times vary significantly:
- UAE (Dubai) eVisa: 3–5 working days
- Schengen (Europe) visa: 15–45 working days (apply no more than 6 months and at least 15 working days before departure)
- UK visa: 15–30 working days
- Japan visa: 5–10 working days
- USA visa: Highly variable — interview wait times can be months in some cities
Most countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. A few require only 3 months. As a safe rule:
- Your passport should have at least 6 months validity remaining from your return date
- You should have at least 2 blank pages available for visa stamps
If your passport is expiring within 9 months, we recommend renewing it before booking international travel. Passport renewal takes 4–8 weeks through the standard process in India (or 1–3 days through Tatkal).
Visa rejection is handled as follows:
- Holiday Vibez will advise on grounds for rejection and whether reapplication is viable
- We will attempt to recover costs from refundable suppliers (hotels, transfers) on your behalf
- Visa fees paid to the consulate are non-refundable in all cases — this is a government charge we cannot recover
- Holiday Vibez service/processing fees are non-refundable once incurred
- Non-refundable airline tickets and hotel prepayments cannot be recovered
Yes — most Holiday Vibez packages include return economy class flights from your nearest major Indian airport (typically Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, or Kochi depending on your location and the route). The specific departure city and airline are confirmed in your quotation.
We can also arrange packages without flights (land-only) if you prefer to book your own flights, or if you are already abroad. Please specify this preference when enquiring.
We book with a wide range of airlines depending on the route, availability, and price — including:
- Indian carriers: IndiGo, Air India, SpiceJet, Akasa Air
- International carriers: Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, Oman Air, Turkish Airlines, Lufthansa, Air France, British Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Scoot, Air Asia
We always aim to book the best combination of price, comfort, and schedule for your itinerary. If you have a preference for a specific airline, let us know — we will accommodate where possible.
Yes — seat preferences and special meal requests can be made at the time of booking:
- Seat requests: Window, aisle, front of cabin, extra legroom — we submit these requests though final allocation is subject to airline policy and availability
- Special meals: Vegetarian (VGML), Jain (JNML), Hindu non-vegetarian (HNML), vegan, gluten-free, diabetic, child meals — all available on request at the time of ticketing
Seat selection and meal requests are confirmed requests — not guarantees. Some airlines (particularly low-cost carriers) charge for advance seat selection.
If the airline cancels or significantly delays your flight, you are entitled under aviation law (DGCA regulations for domestic; Montreal Convention internationally) to either:
- Rerouting on the next available flight at no additional cost, or
- Full refund of the ticket price
Contact your Holiday Vibez coordinator immediately — we will assist you in claiming this from the airline and in rebooking your package around the new travel arrangements. We remain your support line throughout any disruption.
Baggage allowances are set by the airline and the fare class booked. Typically:
- International economy: 20–30 kg checked baggage + 7 kg cabin baggage
- Low-cost international carriers (Air Asia, Scoot, IndiGo international): Cabin baggage only in base fare — checked baggage is an add-on
- Business class: 30–40 kg checked baggage
Your specific baggage allowance is confirmed in your e-ticket. Excess baggage charges at the airport are your responsibility and are not covered by the package price.
Holiday Vibez packages span the full range from 3-star to ultra-luxury. Each package listing specifies the hotel category. As a general guide to our range:
- Budget packages: 3-star centrally located hotels — clean, comfortable, good location
- Standard packages: 4-star hotels — superior facilities, better location, breakfast typically included
- Premium packages: 4-star superior / 5-star hotels — premium amenities, exceptional service
- Luxury packages: 5-star and above — leading properties such as Atlantis (Dubai), Burj Al Arab (Dubai), and overwater villa resorts (Maldives)
We always specify the exact hotel in your quotation — not just the star category. You can research the hotel directly before confirming.
Yes — room preference requests can be made at the time of booking. We submit these to the hotel on your behalf. Common requests we handle:
- Sea view / pool view / garden view / city view
- High floor preference
- Connecting rooms (for families)
- King bed vs twin beds
- Non-smoking floor
- Honeymoon / anniversary room setup (rose petals, cake, welcome decoration)
Breakfast type varies by hotel:
- Continental breakfast: Bread, pastries, cereals, juice, tea/coffee — common in European budget hotels
- Buffet breakfast: Full spread including hot items, eggs, fruit — typical in Middle East and Southeast Asia 4-5 star hotels
- American breakfast: Full cooked breakfast — eggs, sausages, toast, etc.
The type is specified in your hotel voucher. If you have specific dietary requirements (Jain, vegan, allergen-free), inform us at booking — we notify the hotel in advance.
If your hotel falls significantly short of the standard described in your Booking Confirmation, here is what to do:
- Immediately raise the issue with the hotel's front desk and request it be addressed or resolved
- Contact your Holiday Vibez coordinator by WhatsApp or phone — same day, while you are still at the hotel
- Document the issue with photographs
We will intervene with the hotel directly and seek a room change, upgrade, or alternative solution. Issues raised after checkout — without on-the-spot reporting — are much harder to resolve. Do not wait until you return home.
Standard hotel check-in is 2–3PM and check-out is 11AM–12PM. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed — but we can request them on your behalf.
If your flight arrives very early or departs very late, discuss this with us at booking — we can often arrange a day room, a luggage storage solution, or a hotel with airport lounge access to make the wait comfortable.
Travel insurance is not included in our standard packages unless explicitly stated in your Booking Confirmation. We strongly recommend — and in some package types require — that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
A comprehensive travel insurance policy should include:
- Trip cancellation and curtailment (covers cancellation charges if you must cancel due to illness, bereavement, etc.)
- Medical emergencies abroad — hospitalisation, surgery, doctor visits
- Emergency medical evacuation and repatriation to India
- Lost, stolen, or damaged baggage and personal belongings
- Flight delays and missed connections
- Personal liability
- Passport loss
- Adventure sports cover (if your trip includes skydiving, trekking, water sports, etc.)
Holiday Vibez can refer you to registered travel insurance providers upon request. However, we are not a licensed insurance broker and do not sell or administer insurance policies ourselves.
Any insurance purchased through our referral is a contract directly between you and the insurer. We are happy to suggest reputable providers — just ask your travel specialist at the time of booking.
Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel before your departure date:
- 61+ days: Deposit forfeited (25–50%)
- 45–60 days: 50% of total price
- 30–44 days: 65% of total price
- 15–29 days: 80% of total price
- 8–14 days: 90% of total price
- 0–7 days / no-show: 100% — no refund
Non-refundable components (airline tickets, visa fees, prepaid hotels, activity bookings) are charged at 100% regardless of notice period. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.
To cancel, email holidays@holidayvibez.com with subject: "Cancellation Request — [Your Booking Reference]". Include your full name, booking reference, and reason.
WhatsApp or phone alone is not accepted as formal cancellation notice — written email is required. The date your email is received during working hours (Mon–Sat, 9AM–6PM) is your official cancellation date — which determines which charge tier applies. Email as early as possible in the day.
Yes — a date change is often less costly than a full cancellation and is always worth exploring first. Date changes attract:
- Holiday Vibez amendment fee: ₹1,500 per person
- Airline fare difference (the new fare minus the original — can be substantial)
- Hotel rebooking charges if applicable
Not all airline tickets permit date changes — non-flexible promotional fares typically do not. Contact us immediately when you know you may need to change dates — the earlier the better.
If we cancel your confirmed booking for reasons other than your non-payment, force majeure, or false information, you are entitled to choose one of:
- Full refund of all amounts paid, within 14 working days
- Transfer to an alternative package of equivalent value
- Rescheduled dates at the same package price
In force majeure situations (natural disasters, pandemics, government bans), we offer rebooking or credit notes. Cash refunds in force majeure depend on what we can recover from suppliers.
In many cases, yes. Transferring to another person (who meets all travel requirements including visa eligibility) may be possible and is often less costly than cancelling. A transfer fee of ₹2,000 per person applies, plus any airline name-change fees.
Not all airlines permit name changes — particularly on non-flexible promotional fares. Contact us to check feasibility before the transfer deadline. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing by email.
Your Holiday Vibez coordinator is available by WhatsApp and phone throughout your trip. We are your first call for:
- Flight delays or cancellations — we help rebook and reroute
- Hotel issues — we contact the property and arrange solutions
- Missed transfers — we arrange alternatives
- Activity weather cancellations — we rebook at the next available slot
- Lost passport or travel documents — we guide you through the process
- Medical emergencies — we help coordinate with your insurance and local services
- General guidance — local tips, restaurant recommendations, transport options
If any service falls below the standard promised, act immediately — do not wait until you return home:
- Raise the issue with the service provider (hotel front desk, tour guide, activity operator) and request a remedy on the spot
- If unresolved, call your Holiday Vibez coordinator — we will intervene directly with the supplier
- Document everything: photographs, written notes, names of staff you spoke to
Post-trip complaints raised without contemporaneous evidence or without on-the-spot reporting are significantly harder to resolve. Acting immediately is always better.
Contact your Holiday Vibez coordinator immediately if you miss or are at risk of missing a flight or transfer. We will:
- Check available alternatives and rebooking options
- Contact the hotel or next service provider to manage the arrival change
- Advise on the most cost-effective solution given the circumstances
Costs for rebooking due to your late arrival or missed departure are your responsibility (and covered by comprehensive travel insurance if the reason is insurable). We provide the guidance and coordination — the cost recovery is through your insurer.
Trip extensions while travelling are possible subject to:
- Hotel availability for additional nights (at the current available rate, not your original booking rate)
- Airline change policy for your ticket type (flexible tickets can be changed; non-flexible usually cannot)
- Visa validity — your visa must cover the extended stay period
Contact your Holiday Vibez coordinator as early as possible if you are considering extending. Last-minute extensions are harder and more expensive to arrange. Amendment fees and any price differences will apply.
October to April is the ideal time to visit Dubai — temperatures are comfortable (22–32°C), outdoor activities including desert safaris and beach days are enjoyable, and the city is at its most vibrant.
May to September is extremely hot (40–50°C) — outdoor activities are uncomfortable and some (like desert glamping) are unavailable. Indoor activities, malls, and water parks remain enjoyable. Prices are lower during summer but the experience is more limited.
December and January are peak season — book early for the best availability and prices.
Yes — Indian passport holders require a UAE Tourist Visa to visit Dubai. The good news: the UAE visa process is straightforward:
- Type: UAE Tourist eVisa (applied online)
- Duration: 30 days (single entry) or 60 days (extendable)
- Processing time: 3–5 working days typically
- Fee: Approximately ₹5,000–7,000 (varies by type)
- Approval rate: Very high for Indian tourists with clean travel history
Holiday Vibez handles the UAE visa application as part of your Dubai package. Visa fees are charged separately.
The best time depends on which part of Europe:
- Western Europe (France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain): April–June and September–October — pleasant weather, fewer crowds than July–August, good prices
- Northern Europe (Netherlands, Scandinavia): May–August — the only reliably warm months
- Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Croatia, Georgia): May–September
- Christmas markets (Germany, Austria, France): Late November – December
July–August is peak summer — Europe is beautiful but crowded and expensive. If you can travel in April–May or September, you'll have a better experience at lower cost.
Absolutely — the Maldives is enjoyable for all, including non-swimmers and those who don't snorkel. Resort islands offer:
- Stunning beaches for relaxing, sunbathing, and photography
- Overwater and beach villas with private decks and direct sea access at safe, shallow depths
- Glass-bottom boat trips — see marine life without entering the water
- Spa, fine dining, sunset cruises, and island excursions
- Shallow lagoons — typically 0.5–1.5m deep — perfect for wading and paddling
Snorkelling and diving are spectacular if you do swim — but they are not required to have a wonderful Maldives experience.
For a first-time Dubai visitor, we recommend either:
- Dubai City Explorer (4D/3N — ₹46,000): The essential Dubai experience — Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Gold Souk, Creek, Desert Safari, and Palm Jumeirah. Covers everything a first-time visitor wants to see.
- Dubai Complete Experience (6D/5N — ₹75,000): More time to explore at a relaxed pace — adds Abu Dhabi, Marina, JBR, and Dubai Frame to the essentials.
Both include the Desert Safari — which most first-time visitors rate as their most memorable experience. If budget is the priority, the Budget Dubai City Break (4D/3N — ₹46,000) is excellent value with Desert Safari included.
