Fly to Srinagar (SXR) — direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, with one-stop links via Delhi from other cities — then travel by road to Gulmarg and Pahalgam. As domestic travel, Indian travellers need no visa or permit; local travel is by car or taxi.
Different seasons suit different images. Early April brings the tulips, summer the green meadows, October–November the golden chinars, and December–February the snow. We time the itinerary to your goals. Carry warm layers even in summer for early mornings and higher meadows.
