We keep payments simple and secure. You only ever pay through an official, encrypted payment link. Please read this page before making any payment — it protects you from fraud.
How a genuine Holiday Vibez payment works
Once you and our travel expert have finalised your package, dates and the exact price, we prepare your booking.
You receive a secure payment link generated through Razorpay, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner, for the exact agreed amount.
The link opens Razorpay's own encrypted checkout. You enter your card / UPI / net-banking details there — never on a call, never over chat.
Razorpay confirms your payment and issues a receipt. We then send your booking confirmation.
Why this is safe
- Your card and bank details are entered only on Razorpay's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant page — never on our website and never with our staff.
- Holiday Vibez never sees or stores your card number, CVV or OTP. We couldn't share what we don't hold.
- Every payment link is for a specific amount you have already agreed — no surprise charges.
- All payments run over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
Protect yourself from fraud
Scammers sometimes impersonate travel companies. A genuine Holiday Vibez payment request will always follow the steps above. Please remember:
- We will never ask for your OTP, CVV, card PIN or full card number — not on a call, not on WhatsApp, not by email. Anyone who does is not us.
- We only take payment through official Razorpay links. Before you pay, check the page address begins with
https://and is on razorpay.com (or rzp.io). - We never ask for payment to a personal bank account, UPI ID, or wallet to "hold" or "confirm" your booking.
- Unsure if a message is really from us? Do not pay. Contact us directly on the numbers below and confirm first.
If you receive a suspicious payment request in our name, please tell us so we can warn others.
