Nepal Tour Packages from South India
Himalayan temples, mirror lakes and mountain sunrises across Nepal
Nepal packs an extraordinary range into one compact Himalayan country — the temple-crowded valleys of Kathmandu, the serene lakeside calm of Pokhara, jungle safaris in Chitwan and dawn mountain panoramas that stay with you for life. Indian citizens do not need a visa for Nepal and can travel on a valid Indian passport or Voter ID, which makes it one of the easiest international escapes from South India. Most travellers fly via Delhi or Kolkata into Kathmandu (KTM). Holiday Vibez builds relaxed, well-paced Nepal itineraries with comfortable hotels, private transfers and experienced local guides.

Why visit Nepal
Few destinations offer temples, lakes, jungle and Himalayan views in such a small area. Nepal is budget-friendly, deeply cultural and remarkably easy for Indian travellers, with a shared border, familiar food and no visa formalities. Whether you want a gentle sightseeing holiday or a taste of the mountains, it delivers.
Top places to include
A classic first trip pairs Kathmandu with Pokhara. With more time you can add:
- Chitwan for a Terai jungle safari
- Nagarkot for a sunrise Himalayan panorama
- Bhaktapur and Patan for medieval art and architecture
- Lumbini, the birthplace of the Buddha
How to reach Nepal
Most South Indian travellers fly from Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad or Kochi via Delhi or Kolkata into Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM). Internal drives connect Kathmandu with Pokhara and Chitwan, and short domestic flights are available on some routes.
Entry, permits & documents
Indian citizens do not need a visa for Nepal. You can enter with a valid Indian passport or a Voter ID (Election Commission card); there is no visa fee. We recommend carrying original photo ID plus a couple of passport photos. National park entry fees for places like Chitwan are handled as part of your package.
Best time to travel
The finest windows are October to November and March to April, with clear skies, comfortable temperatures and the best mountain views. Winter is cold but crisp at altitude, while the June to September monsoon brings cloud and rain that can hide the peaks.
What's included
Our Nepal packages typically cover accommodation, daily breakfast, private transfers and sightseeing, and an experienced local guide. Flights, lunches, dinners and personal expenses are usually additional. Every itinerary is tailored, so tell us your dates, budget and interests for an exact quote.

Real stories from real journeys
Thousands of families and couples across South India have travelled with us — here's what a few of them had to say.
Travelling with my parents and two kids, I was nervous. Holiday Vibez planned every single day perfectly, and the Alleppey houseboat was the highlight. We are already planning our next trip with them.
Best price I found anywhere, and the desert safari and Burj Khalifa tickets were all sorted before we even landed. The team was on WhatsApp whenever I had a question.
The Gulmarg gondola, the shikara ride on Dal Lake — exactly like the photos, no surprises at all. By the end of the trip our driver felt like family.
Booked a fairly last-minute Phuket trip and they still got me a great deal with visa help included. Honest, smooth and genuinely helpful people.
Scuba at Havelock was a dream come true. Every transfer and every hotel was exactly as promised. Worth every rupee, and I have already recommended them to friends.
