Annapurna Base Camp Trek Packages
Walk into a natural amphitheatre ringed by soaring Annapurna giants
The Annapurna Base Camp trek leads you into a glorious mountain sanctuary at 4,130m, surrounded on all sides by a wall of Himalayan peaks. It is a moderately demanding trek of around 7 to 11 days through rhododendron forests, terraced Gurung villages and glacial valleys. Indian citizens need no visa for Nepal - a passport or Voter ID suffices. Holiday Vibez arranges seasoned guides, sensible acclimatisation and full trail logistics, while being honest that mountain weather and views can never be assured.

Overview
The Annapurna Base Camp trek packs extraordinary variety into a manageable route - forests, waterfalls, villages and a jaw-dropping glacial basin. It is less extreme than Everest Base Camp but still a proper mountain trek. It suits reasonably fit walkers looking for big Himalayan rewards without the very highest altitudes. The finale inside the sanctuary is truly special.
Trek Difficulty & Fitness
This is a moderate-to-demanding trek with many stone-step climbs and descents. You should be able to walk 5-6 hours a day for several consecutive days. The maximum altitude of 4,130m still calls for a steady pace and awareness of altitude, which our guides manage carefully.
How to Reach
Fly to Kathmandu (KTM) from South India via Delhi or Kolkata, then continue to Pokhara by short flight or scenic drive. The trek starts a short drive from Pokhara, so approach logistics are simpler than Everest routes.
Entry, Passport & Documents
Indian citizens do not need a visa for Nepal. Travel with a valid Indian passport or Voter ID card - there is no visa fee. Annapurna Conservation Area permits and trekker cards are arranged within your package.
Best Time & Weather
March-April brings spectacular rhododendron blooms, while October-November offers the clearest, most settled skies. Winter can bring avalanche risk on parts of the route, and the monsoon brings leeches and cloud. We plan around the best windows, though Himalayan weather remains unpredictable.
What's Included
Guided packages typically include an experienced guide and porter support, teahouse accommodation on the trail, permits, Pokhara and Kathmandu hotel nights and transfers. International flights, insurance covering high-altitude trekking, personal gear and some meals are usually additional.

Real stories from real journeys
Thousands of families and couples across South India have travelled with us — here's what a few of them had to say.
Travelling with my parents and two kids, I was nervous. Holiday Vibez planned every single day perfectly, and the Alleppey houseboat was the highlight. We are already planning our next trip with them.
Best price I found anywhere, and the desert safari and Burj Khalifa tickets were all sorted before we even landed. The team was on WhatsApp whenever I had a question.
The Gulmarg gondola, the shikara ride on Dal Lake — exactly like the photos, no surprises at all. By the end of the trip our driver felt like family.
Booked a fairly last-minute Phuket trip and they still got me a great deal with visa help included. Honest, smooth and genuinely helpful people.
Scuba at Havelock was a dream come true. Every transfer and every hotel was exactly as promised. Worth every rupee, and I have already recommended them to friends.
