Pokhara is one of the world's top paragliding spots thanks to reliable thermals, a soft valley to land in and jaw-dropping mountain scenery. Tandem flights typically last 20–30 minutes; a longer cross-country option is sometimes available. You fly strapped to a certified pilot who handles take-off, steering and landing.
