Nepal Tour Cost from India
A clear, honest breakdown of what your Nepal holiday really costs
Planning a Nepal trip and wondering what it will cost? The honest answer is that your final price depends on a handful of things — your hotel standard, the travel season, whether you fly or go overland, and whether you add a Himalayan trek or a Chitwan safari. Our land packages start from around ₹24,999 per person on twin-sharing, covering stays, sightseeing and transfers, while flights are quoted separately. Below we walk you through each cost driver so there are no surprises.

What makes up a Nepal package price
Think of your Nepal cost as a stack of choices rather than one fixed figure. The biggest pieces are your hotel category, the season you travel, your flights, and any add-on treks or safaris.
- Land package (hotels, transfers, sightseeing): from around ₹24,999 pp
- Return flights from South India: quoted separately, season-dependent
- Optional trek permits, guide and porter
- Optional Chitwan safari lodge and activities
How to reach Nepal
Most of our South-India travellers fly to Kathmandu (KTM), typically with one connection via Delhi or Kolkata as there are limited direct options. Airfare rises in the peak view months, so booking early genuinely helps your budget. Once you land, we handle every airport transfer and internal movement.
Entry & documents for Indians
Indian citizens do not need a visa for Nepal. You can enter freely with a valid Indian passport or a Voter ID (Election Commission card) — there is no visa fee at all. Carry your ID plus a few passport photos, and for minors bring a valid ID or birth certificate. We simply help you get every other part of the trip right.
Best time to visit
Autumn (October–November) offers the clearest mountain views and pleasant days, followed by spring (March–April) with blooming rhododendrons. Winter is cold but crisp and quieter, while the June–September monsoon brings lush greenery and lower prices with occasional cloud cover.
What's included
Our land packages typically cover accommodation on twin-sharing, daily breakfast, private transfers, guided sightseeing and applicable taxes. Flights, entry fees at some monuments, trek permits and personal expenses are usually additional and clearly listed in your quote.

Real stories from real journeys
Thousands of families and couples across South India have travelled with us — here's what a few of them had to say.
Travelling with my parents and two kids, I was nervous. Holiday Vibez planned every single day perfectly, and the Alleppey houseboat was the highlight. We are already planning our next trip with them.
Best price I found anywhere, and the desert safari and Burj Khalifa tickets were all sorted before we even landed. The team was on WhatsApp whenever I had a question.
The Gulmarg gondola, the shikara ride on Dal Lake — exactly like the photos, no surprises at all. By the end of the trip our driver felt like family.
Booked a fairly last-minute Phuket trip and they still got me a great deal with visa help included. Honest, smooth and genuinely helpful people.
Scuba at Havelock was a dream come true. Every transfer and every hotel was exactly as promised. Worth every rupee, and I have already recommended them to friends.
