Not sure how many days you need in Nepal? Most first-time visitors find a 5 to 7 day trip hits the sweet spot — enough for Kathmandu's heritage, Pokhara's lakes and mountains, and perhaps a Chitwan safari or a short sunrise trek. Below is a flexible framework you can stretch or trim, with land packages from around ₹24,999 per person twin-sharing. Tell us your interests and we will fine-tune every day.

How to use these plans

This is a framework, not a fixed schedule. A 5-day trip focuses on Kathmandu and Pokhara; a 6-day version adds Chitwan or Nagarkot; a 7-day trip lets you slow down and add a short sunrise trek. We adjust every day around your interests, fitness and budget.

5-day highlights

The classic short break pairs two days of Kathmandu heritage with two days of Pokhara's lakes and mountains. It suits travellers who want the essence of Nepal without a rushed feeling, and it comfortably fits our 4N/5D tier from around ₹24,999 per person.

Adding a trek or safari

With a sixth or seventh day you can add a gentle Poon Hill-style sunrise walk or a Chitwan jungle safari. Treks are seasonal and involve real uphill effort, so we brief you honestly and arrange licensed guides — we cannot promise clear skies, but we plan for the best chances.

How to reach Nepal

From South India you typically fly to Kathmandu (KTM) with one connection via Delhi or Kolkata. We coordinate arrival and departure transfers, internal drives and the optional Pokhara flight so your days on the ground are seamless.

Entry & documents for Indians

Indians do not need a visa for Nepal. Simply carry a valid Indian passport or Voter ID (Election Commission card) — there is no visa fee. Keep a few passport photos handy, and for minors bring valid ID or a birth certificate. We handle the rest of the trip.
