The fifth day is what turns a quick trip into a holiday. You gain time to visit a second island, log repeat dives instead of a single taster, and simply slow down. It removes the rush, leaving space for a sandbank afternoon or an unplanned second snorkel.
From Agatti, speedboat transfers open up other tourist islands, each with its own character.
Keen snorkellers and divers benefit most from the extra night. You can move beyond a single discover-scuba dive to repeat dives across different reefs, with the best underwater visibility in the peak months of December to April.
