Fly into Colombo (CMB), with direct flights from many Indian metros of roughly one to three and a half hours. From arrival, coordinated transport keeps the group moving together.
The west and south coasts and hill country are best from December to March, and the east coast around Trincomalee from May to September. We time the route to suit your group's dates.
