Nepal Family Tour Packages from South India
Temples, lakes and a jungle safari the whole family will remember.
Nepal is a wonderfully easy family holiday — short flights from South India, no visa formalities and a mix of culture, nature and gentle adventure. Children love the elephants and rhinos of Chitwan, the boat rides on Phewa Lake and the monkeys around Swayambhunath. Indian families do not need a visa for Nepal, travelling on a valid passport or Voter ID, which keeps the trip stress-free from the start.

Why families love Nepal
Few destinations pack in temples, mountains and wildlife as easily as Nepal, and all within a short flight of South India. The pace is relaxed, the food is familiar to Indian palates and the people are famously warm with children. We build in rest, safe activities and comfortable hotels so every age travels happily.
Things to do with kids
Family favourites include:
- A Chitwan jungle safari to spot rhinos and deer
- Paddle-boating and short walks around Phewa Lake
- Meeting the monkeys at Swayambhunath
- The hands-on Mountain Museum in Pokhara
How to reach Nepal
Families usually fly from South India to Kathmandu (KTM) via Delhi, Kolkata or Bengaluru. Within Nepal we use comfortable private vehicles, with the option of a short domestic flight to Pokhara to reduce road time with children.
Entry & documents for Indians
Indian citizens, including children, do not need a visa for Nepal. You travel on a valid Indian passport or Voter ID with no visa fee. For minors, carrying a passport or school ID plus a birth certificate copy is helpful; we will advise on documents before you go.
Best time to travel
October–November and March–April offer clear skies and pleasant days — ideal for families. Chitwan is enjoyable through much of the dry season, while the monsoon months can be hot and humid in the lowlands.
What's included
Packages generally include hotels on sharing basis, daily breakfast, private transfers, sightseeing and safari arrangements at Chitwan, plus on-trip support. Flights, park fees where extra, and personal costs are quoted separately and clearly.

Real stories from real journeys
Thousands of families and couples across South India have travelled with us — here's what a few of them had to say.
Travelling with my parents and two kids, I was nervous. Holiday Vibez planned every single day perfectly, and the Alleppey houseboat was the highlight. We are already planning our next trip with them.
Best price I found anywhere, and the desert safari and Burj Khalifa tickets were all sorted before we even landed. The team was on WhatsApp whenever I had a question.
The Gulmarg gondola, the shikara ride on Dal Lake — exactly like the photos, no surprises at all. By the end of the trip our driver felt like family.
Booked a fairly last-minute Phuket trip and they still got me a great deal with visa help included. Honest, smooth and genuinely helpful people.
Scuba at Havelock was a dream come true. Every transfer and every hotel was exactly as promised. Worth every rupee, and I have already recommended them to friends.
