Beach villas keep you grounded on the sand with your own slice of shore, a swimmable lagoon and usually more room than an overwater unit. They're calmer for children, kinder on the budget than overwater categories, and just as private — many come walled and gardened. Choose one if you want space, sand and easy sea access.
