From the 30-minute callback to our private villa in Ubud, every little detail was handled. Our guide even arranged a surprise candle-lit dinner on the beach. Zero stress — pure magic.
Lakshadweep Family Tour Packages
Shallow, calm lagoons and gentle reefs — an island holiday the whole family can actually enjoy together.
Lakshadweep is a natural fit for families, thanks to its shallow, sheltered lagoons where even nervous first-timers feel safe in the water. On Agatti and Kadmat, kids can paddle in warm knee-deep water, spot fish from a glass-bottom boat and try their first snorkel with a guide close by. There are no big theme parks or crowds here — just clear water, soft sand and the simple magic of coral reefs — which is exactly why children remember it. It takes a little planning, but the payoff is a screen-free holiday everyone talks about for years.

Why families love Lakshadweep
The islands' lagoons are ringed by coral reef, which keeps the water inside shallow, warm and calm — far gentler than open-sea beaches. That makes snorkelling, wading and swimming genuinely kid-friendly, especially on Agatti and Kadmat. It's a nature-first destination: expect reefs, boats and beaches rather than malls and rides.
Keeping kids safe in the water
Always snorkel and swim within the lagoon and with the resort's guides — they know the safe zones and tides. Life jackets are provided for boat rides and snorkelling, and glass-bottom boats let non-swimmers enjoy the reef without getting in. A little reef-safe sunscreen and a rash guard go a long way in the strong island sun.
Best duration for families
A 3 Nights / 4 Days trip is the sweet spot for most families — enough time for a proper lagoon day, a glass-bottom boat ride and perhaps one island hop, without long boat transfers wearing little ones out. Shorter 2-night trips work if you're mainly staying on Agatti.
Entry permit for the family
Every family member, including children, needs an entry permit. We assist with and arrange the permits as part of your package, subject to government approval — so apply around 15–30 days ahead. You'll need each traveller's ID proof, passport photos and a police clearance certificate.
How to reach & best time
Fly through Kochi to Agatti on the small ATR flights, then transfer by boat — book early, as seats are limited. Aim for October to May when seas are calm and lagoons are clear; steer clear of the June–September monsoon, when transfers are often suspended.
Good to know
Islands are eco-sensitive and largely dry, so plan a relaxed, nature-led holiday. Carry cash as cards and ATMs are limited, pack any children's medicines you may need, and bring a BSNL or postpaid SIM for the best signal. Simple cottages and tents are the norm rather than large hotels.

Real stories from real journeys
Thousands of families and couples across South India have travelled with us — here's what a few of them had to say.
Travelling with my parents and two kids, I was nervous. Holiday Vibez planned every single day perfectly, and the Alleppey houseboat was the highlight. We are already planning our next trip with them.
Best price I found anywhere, and the desert safari and Burj Khalifa tickets were all sorted before we even landed. The team was on WhatsApp whenever I had a question.
The Gulmarg gondola, the shikara ride on Dal Lake — exactly like the photos, no surprises at all. By the end of the trip our driver felt like family.
Booked a fairly last-minute Phuket trip and they still got me a great deal with visa help included. Honest, smooth and genuinely helpful people.
Scuba at Havelock was a dream come true. Every transfer and every hotel was exactly as promised. Worth every rupee, and I have already recommended them to friends.
