Fly to Kathmandu (KTM) from South India via Delhi or Kolkata. Pokhara is a scenic drive or short flight from the capital, and Chitwan is reached by road through the lowlands. We handle all internal transfers so the journey stays effortless.
Indian citizens do not need a visa for Nepal. Travel with a valid Indian passport or Voter ID card - there is no visa fee. Carry a couple of passport photos and a photo ID for hotel and safari lodge check-ins.
October-November and February-April are ideal, offering clear mountain views and excellent wildlife sightings in Chitwan as the grass is shorter and animals gather near water. Summers in the Terai are hot and humid. We plan dates to balance the best of mountains and jungle, though sightings and weather are never assured.
