No flights land directly in the Himachal hills, so the journey runs in two easy legs. Fly Mumbai to Chandigarh and drive up, with Shimla around 4 hours and Manali around 8 hours away, or fly to Delhi and take an overnight Volvo coach arriving by morning.
From Mumbai, the Shimla and Manali twin-station tour is the top pick, mixing colonial heritage with mountain adventure. With a full week, many add Dharamshala and Dalhousie for Tibetan culture and quieter pine towns.
Our Mumbai-to-Himachal packages usually cover hotels, daily breakfast, sightseeing transfers and applicable taxes. Flights are added on request, while adventure activities and entry tickets are typically extra.
