Budget Lakshadweep Tour Packages
Coral lagoons on a sensible budget — short, Agatti-based island trips that keep the extras in check.
You don't need a big spend to see turquoise lagoons and living coral. A short, Agatti-based trip — staying on the gateway island and keeping boat hops to a minimum — is the smartest way to experience Lakshadweep affordably. The islands are naturally eco-simple, with cottages and tents rather than pricey resorts, so a modest budget still buys you real beach time. In this guide we're honest about what's included, what costs extra and what a realistic budget looks like, so there are no surprises.

Suggested itinerary
Fly Kochi to Agatti and check in near the lagoon. Spend the first afternoon swimming and snorkelling straight off the beach — no extra transfers needed.
Make the most of Agatti's lagoon with snorkelling, kayaking and a glass-bottom boat ride. Sunset on the sand rounds off a full, low-cost day.
A last morning swim before your boat and flight back to Kochi — a short, affordable taste of island life.

How to keep costs down
The biggest savings come from staying put on Agatti and skipping multiple island hops, since speedboat transfers add up quickly. Travel just outside peak (aim for October–November or April–May rather than December–March), keep to a 2–3 day trip, and go light on paid extras like scuba. Booking flights early also matters, as Agatti's small ATR seats sell out and last-minute fares climb.
What's typically included vs extra
Packages usually cover your island stay, meals as specified, standard transfers and permit assistance. Costs that are often extra include:
- Scuba diving and PADI courses
- Big-game or tuna fishing trips
- Extra island-hopping speedboat transfers
- Personal spends, tips and any alcohol (Bangaram only)
We'll always spell out exactly what your quote includes.
Realistic budget expectations
Short trips start from around ₹13,999 per person on twin-sharing for 2 Nights / 3 Days, with 3 Nights / 4 Days from about ₹16,999 — land portion only. The Samudram ship cruise (4–5 days from around ₹25,999) can be good value as it bundles travel and stay. Remember: flights to Agatti and personal extras sit on top, and the final quote depends on island, season, flights and permit.
Entry permit
Every visitor needs an entry permit, and we assist with and arrange it as part of the package, subject to government approval. Apply about 15–30 days ahead with ID proof, passport photos and a police clearance certificate. We can't fast-track approvals, but there's no separate agency fee to chase — we handle the paperwork with you.
Getting there affordably
All routes go via Kochi. Flying Kochi to Agatti is quickest but seats are limited, so book well ahead for the best fares. The Samudram cruise or government ship from Kochi (roughly 14–20 hours each way) is a slower, often thriftier alternative that doubles as part of the experience.
Good to know
Carry enough cash, as cards and ATMs are scarce on the islands. Most islands are dry and eco-sensitive, accommodation is simple cottages or tents, and a BSNL or postpaid SIM gives the best signal. Pack your own snorkel if you have one to save on rentals.

Real stories from real journeys
Thousands of families and couples across South India have travelled with us — here's what a few of them had to say.
Travelling with my parents and two kids, I was nervous. Holiday Vibez planned every single day perfectly, and the Alleppey houseboat was the highlight. We are already planning our next trip with them.
Best price I found anywhere, and the desert safari and Burj Khalifa tickets were all sorted before we even landed. The team was on WhatsApp whenever I had a question.
The Gulmarg gondola, the shikara ride on Dal Lake — exactly like the photos, no surprises at all. By the end of the trip our driver felt like family.
Booked a fairly last-minute Phuket trip and they still got me a great deal with visa help included. Honest, smooth and genuinely helpful people.
Scuba at Havelock was a dream come true. Every transfer and every hotel was exactly as promised. Worth every rupee, and I have already recommended them to friends.
