Yusmarg is one of Kashmir's quietest meadows, a place for gentle walks, forest air and unhurried picnics rather than busy sightseeing. It suits nature lovers and anyone seeking calm, and pairs naturally with Srinagar and Dal Lake. As a domestic destination, it needs no visa or permit for Indian travellers.

Fly to Srinagar (SXR) — direct from Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, or one stop via Delhi from other cities — then drive out to Yusmarg, an easy day trip. All local travel is by car or taxi, arranged within your package.
March to October brings green meadows and pleasant walking weather, with crisp, clear autumn days. In deep winter the meadow can be snowbound and access limited, so we plan the standard, well-travelled circuits and monitor conditions before you travel.
Carry warm layers even in summer for the higher meadows, wear comfortable shoes for the walks, and bring a picnic as facilities are limited. Mobile signal can be patchy, so download maps in advance and keep some cash handy for ponies and local entry.
