Nha Trang is Vietnam's water-sports hub, with dive schools, island boat trips and a full menu of beach activities. Phu Quoc offers calmer, clearer waters and reef snorkelling in its marine-protected south. We match the coast to your interests and the season.
You do not need experience to start. Dive centres run discovery dives for absolute beginners with an instructor at your side, plus fun dives and certification courses for those going further. Snorkelling is a gentle alternative that still delivers the coral and fish.
