The Vietnam e-Visa is applied for online ahead of travel and delivered electronically. It usually takes 3–5 working days to process, so apply at least a couple of weeks before departure to be safe. We never promise instant or assured issuance, as that decision belongs to the authorities.
As part of your package we guide the whole application, checking your documents and details so nothing holds it up. We can't expedite or guarantee approval, but careful preparation and applying early make the process smooth.
The e-Visa is valid for entry at the main international airports, chiefly Hanoi (HAN), Da Nang (DAD) and Ho Chi Minh City (SGN). Choose your entry point to match your itinerary; we'll advise which suits your route.
Apply well before you book non-refundable elements, carry a printed copy of the approved visa, and double-check that the passport details match exactly. If your plans change, tell us early so we can adjust the application details in time.
