The joy of a Vietnam beach trip is how easily you can add colour: a Ba Na Hills day, a Hoi An lantern evening or a boat trip, all without straying far from the sand.
Timing depends on the coast. Central Da Nang and Nha Trang are driest and sunniest around Feb–Aug, while southern Phu Quoc shines Nov–Apr. We avoid the Sep–Nov typhoon window on the central coast.
Da Nang has its own airport for the central beaches, and Phu Quoc and Nha Trang connect by short domestic flights. Direct routes from some Indian metros take roughly 5–7 hours, or 1-stop; a Vietnam e-Visa (typically 3–5 working days) is required and we assist, subject to the authorities.
Pack reef-safe sun protection, book sunset seafood spots ahead, and carry some cash in VND for beach shacks and markets. We recommend resorts with the right vibe, from lively to laid-back.
