Arrive in Dehradun and drive to the trek base village, settling in and meeting your guide for a route and safety briefing.

Seasons shape which treks are best. Summer and monsoon suit alpine flower treks like the Valley of Flowers, autumn brings clear post-monsoon views, and winter is prime for snow treks like Kedarkantha. We plan around the right window for your chosen route.
Himalayan trekking demands preparation. We recommend building stamina with regular walking, jogging or cycling in the weeks before, staying well hydrated, and ascending gradually to acclimatise. Anyone with health conditions should consult a doctor first. Weather and trail conditions can change plans, and safety always comes first.
Dehradun is the nearest airport and the usual starting point, with base villages reached by road transfer. Rishikesh and Haridwar are common gateways for the eastern routes. Flights from South India are additional and best booked with a little schedule flexibility.
Trek packages generally include guides, camping or lodge stays, meals on the trail, permits and transfers from the base town. Personal gear, insurance and airfare are usually additional and clearly set out in your written quote.
