Saigon is Vietnam's commercial powerhouse and its most exciting big city. History, food and nightlife collide here, and the pace never really stops. With the Mekong Delta and Cu Chi within reach, it packs a lot into a short stay.
Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) is the main southern gateway. Direct flights operate from some Indian metros on carriers like Vietnam Airlines and VietJet, roughly 5–7 hours, with one-stop options from other cities. We help arrange the best connections.
The south is best from November to April, the dry season, when days are warm and rain is minimal. The wetter months bring short, heavy afternoon downpours that rarely disrupt sightseeing for long.
Saigon's food leans bold and sweet. Try banh mi, southern-style pho, com tam (broken rice) and fresh spring rolls, then chase them with rich Vietnamese iced coffee. Ben Thanh and the back-lane stalls are great hunting grounds.
