A Himachal bike trip is a rite of passage for anyone who loves the open road and thin mountain air. Winding from Manali over legendary passes toward Spiti and Lahaul, you ride past glacial streams, cliffside hamlets and some of the highest motorable roads in the world. Guided tours start from around ₹16,999, with the final quote depending on your route, bike and inclusions. It is a domestic adventure with no visa needed, just a licence, a sense of balance and a taste for altitude.

Why ride Himachal on two wheels

Few places reward a rider like Himachal, where every bend opens onto snow peaks, gorges and remote villages. A guided bike trip means backup vehicles, mechanics and route planning, so you focus on the ride, not the logistics. It is bucket-list riding without leaving India.

Top roads & passes

The high routes are the heart of any Himachal ride.

  • Atal Tunnel and the Lahaul valley
  • Kunzum Pass into Spiti
  • Jalori Pass for a gentler, forested loop

How to reach the start point

Most rides begin in Manali, reached by an overnight Volvo coach from Delhi or a flight to Kullu-Bhuntar followed by a short transfer. We coordinate your arrival so the bike and crew are ready when you are.

Best time for a bike trip

The high passes toward Spiti are typically open from June to September, once winter snow clears. Lower loops around Jibhi and Kullu are enjoyable from March to June and again in autumn. Winter closes the highest roads, so we plan the route to match the season.

Safety, permits & what's included

Packages usually include the motorcycle, fuel guidance, a support vehicle, mechanic and accommodation, with helmets recommended for all riders. High-altitude permits are arranged where needed. Our team, available Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, helps match the route to your riding experience.
