Most of Europe belongs to the Schengen zone, so Indian travellers need a single Schengen visa to move freely across countries like France, Switzerland, Italy and the Netherlands. The UK sits outside Schengen and needs its own separate visa. Holiday Vibez assists with your documentation and appointment booking, making a sometimes daunting process far smoother. We help, but approval always rests with the consulate.

You attend in person to give biometrics and submit the file, usually around 15 working days ahead.
Once processed, the passport is returned via VFS with the decision on your visa.

For a typical multi-country Europe tour, you need one Schengen visa, applied for through the consulate of your main destination or first entry point. If your trip also includes Britain, you additionally need a separate UK visa. We guide you on exactly which applies to your itinerary.

Standard Schengen processing runs to around 15 working days, but peak summer slots fill fast, so we recommend applying well in advance. We assist in booking your VFS appointment and preparing the file, keeping the process organised and calm.
Britain is not part of Schengen, so a London add-on needs its own UK Standard Visitor visa, applied for separately with its own documents and biometrics. If your tour combines both, we help you plan the two applications sensibly.
