The Char Dham Yatra is one of Hinduism's most revered pilgrimages, encompassing the four high Himalayan shrines of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath in Uttarakhand. It is a soul-stirring journey through some of the Garhwal Himalaya's most sacred and scenic country, undertaken by devotees from across India. Holiday Vibez arranges the yatra with comfortable stays, experienced drivers and respectful planning; we assist with permits, transport and logistics, but darshan timings and road access remain in the hands of the authorities and the mountain weather. The shrines are seasonal, open roughly May to October, and some involve high altitude and trekking.
Arrive in Dehradun and drive to Barkot through Garhwal's forested hills, resting for the Yamunotri leg ahead.
Drive to Janki Chatti and trek up to Yamunotri for darshan and the hot springs, returning to Barkot for the night.
Journey to Gangotri beside the Bhagirathi for darshan at the Ganga's sacred seat, overnighting in Uttarkashi.
Drive to Guptkashi or Sonprayag, gateway to the Kedarnath trek, resting to prepare for the demanding ascent.
Trek or take a helicopter to Kedarnath for darshan of the Jyotirlinga, staying overnight or returning as arranged.
Travel to Badrinath for darshan of Lord Vishnu, visit Mana village and the Alaknanda ghats before overnight.
Drive back through the mountains towards Rishikesh or Dehradun for your onward flight, journey complete.

The Char Dham circuit is a deeply meaningful pilgrimage combining faith, endurance and Himalayan grandeur. It typically takes ten to twelve days for the full loop, though shorter Do Dham options covering Kedarnath and Badrinath are popular. We plan the pace with your comfort and devotion in mind.
The shrines open around late April or May and close by Diwali as winter sets in, so the yatra runs roughly May to October. Weather in the high Himalaya changes fast, and rain or landslides can affect roads. We build in buffer time, but we cannot control access or darshan timings.
Kedarnath and Yamunotri involve treks and high altitude, so basic fitness and acclimatisation matter.
Holiday Vibez arranges transport, accommodation, registration support and a sensible route, easing the practical load so you can focus on the spiritual journey. Helicopter tickets and darshan access are subject to availability and government rules, which we help navigate honestly.
Stays along the route range from simple pilgrim lodges to comfortable hotels in towns like Barkot, Uttarkashi, Guptkashi and Badrinath. Higher shrines have basic accommodation only, in keeping with their remote setting.
