• Two recent photos (35×45 mm, white background, Schengen spec)
• Confirmed return flight itinerary & day-by-day travel plan
• Confirmed hotel bookings for the full stay
• Travel medical insurance covering €30,000 for the Schengen area
• Personal bank statements for the last 6 months
• Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 3 years
• Employment / leave letter (or business proof) & cover letter
• Completed & signed Schengen application form
