May to September suits big groups with warm weather and long days, with July and August busiest. April and October offer milder weather and better value, useful when coordinating many travellers.
Every traveller needs a Schengen visa for most of Europe, usually applied for through VFS over about 15 working days, plus a separate UK visa for London. We help coordinate documentation and appointments for the whole group, while approval always rests with the consulate.
Your land package covers hotels, daily breakfast, sightseeing and comfortable coach travel with a dedicated tour manager. Flights and visa fees are usually extra, and group pricing depends on party size, countries, hotels, season and flights.
