Dudhsagar is Goa's most dramatic natural sight, its milky-white waters spilling down the Ghats in four tiers. The name means 'Sea of Milk', and the falls are ringed by protected forest, making the journey there as memorable as the destination itself.
Private vehicles cannot reach the falls, so access is by official forest-department jeep from Mollem:
Dudhsagar lies about 60 km east of Panjim near Mollem, roughly a two-hour drive. We arrange your transfer to the jeep-safari point and coordinate the permits and timings so you simply enjoy the day.
October to January is ideal: the falls are still full from the monsoon and the jeep trails are open. The falls are closed to visitors during peak monsoon for safety. We plan your trip around the current access rules.
Wear sturdy footwear and carry a change of clothes as the base area can be wet. Photography is wonderful here, so protect your camera. The day starts early, so a good night's rest beforehand helps you make the most of it.
