Step 5: Sort visas and documents
Once confirmed, attention turns to visas and travel documents. For destinations that require a visa, our team helps you gather documents, complete forms and book appointments. Remember that we assist with the application; approval rests with the embassy. You will also confirm passport validity, insurance and any health requirements at this stage.
Step 6: Pay the balance and get your travel pack
Before departure you settle the remaining balance and receive your travel documents — flight details, hotel vouchers, transfer arrangements and the day-by-day itinerary. Review everything and flag anything unclear well before you fly. With the balance cleared and documents in hand, you are ready to travel.
