Day 1 - Hanoi Arrival - Half-day City Tour with Water Puppet Show
Welcome to Vietnam! On arrival, our guide and driver will pick up and transfer you to the hotel.
In the afternoon, you will be picked up for the city tour. The world has known about Vietnam through many perspectives, one of which is the atrocious war for independence. That is why the tour begins with the visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (visit outside) – the magnificent marble monument to commemorate Uncle Ho – the leader who has brought peace, independence and unification to the country.
Important Note
Check-in at the hotel is available from 14:00 onwards. Lunch and Dinner will be served at an Indian restaurant.

Day 2 - Full-day Ninh Binh Tour (Tam Coc - Bai Dinh - Mua Cave)

More and more far-land travelers convert their attention to Ninh Binh, and it is for a good reason too. Besides the jaw-dropping beautiful scenery, the trip to Ninh Binh is the unique experience and passage to the local people in their every day's rural life.
Today's Schedule
Pick up at your hotel, then drive to Ninh Binh. Known for possessing the most fantastic landscapes of Northern Vietnam, Ninh Binh amazes you with the diverse geographical features such as long ranges of colossal mountains, patchworks of endless farmed lands on both sides of the road, and enormous collections of beautiful rivers.
Arrive at Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, and the biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight.
Continue to Tam Coc Wharf, where you'll experience the one-of-a-kind travel with 2-man sampan boats, which will take you alongside the Ngo Dong river through the hidden and mysterious system of caves.
Visit Bich Dong to experience the precious moments at your own pace, followed by Mua Cave - the highlight attraction in Ninh Binh. Challenge yourself with 500 steps up the cave mountain where you will have a great panoramic view of Tam Coc and rice fields.
At the end of the tour, travel back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3 - Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Overnight Cruise

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before gathering in the lobby at 8:00am for departure to Halong Bay. The scenic drive takes you across the Red River delta, offering glimpses of rural Vietnamese life as you approach the coast.
Arrive at the coast little before noon and embark on a beautifully crafted wooden junk for an overnight cruise through the legendary seascape of Halong Bay. The majestic limestone formations create a dramatic backdrop as you begin your journey.
Once on board, you'll be served a delicious seafood-based buffet lunch while the spectacular limestone rocks set up the décor around you. Enjoy your meal with panoramic views of this natural wonder.
In the afternoon, the cruise will reach a less traveled area where you can devote yourself to relaxation, sunbathing, and exploring a fascinating cave. The exact program may vary depending on the time of year and weather conditions.
As the day draws to a close, head to the sundeck to witness a spectacular sunset over the karst formations. This is the perfect time for an aperitif or to attend a cooking demonstration before your evening dinner.
Enjoy a delightful dinner on board before retiring to your comfortable private cabin with attached bathroom for an overnight stay amidst the magical landscape of Ha Long Bay.

About Ha Long Bay
Ha Long Bay, which means "Descending Dragon Bay," is one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature and a UNESCO World Heritage Site twice recognized for its outstanding geological and geomorphological value. The bay features thousands of limestone karsts and isles in various shapes and sizes, forming a spectacular seascape of pillars that rise dramatically from the ocean.
According to legend, the islands of Ha Long Bay were created by a great dragon who lived in the mountains. As it ran towards the coast, its flailing tail gouged out valleys and crevasses which filled with water, leaving only bits of high land visible. This mystical landscape has been the backdrop for numerous films and continues to captivate visitors from around the world.
Day 4 - Ha Long Bay to Danang - Scenic Transition

Awake to the serene beauty of Ha Long Bay as you begin your transition from the dramatic seascape of northern Vietnam to the coastal charms of central Vietnam's Danang region.
Today's Schedule
At dawn, participate in an optional Tai Chi session on deck—a perfect way to greet the day amidst the tranquil bay. Coffee and tea are served early for those wishing to witness the spectacular sunrise over the limestone karsts.
Check out of your cabin and enjoy a unique experience hopping on rowed sampan boats or kayaks to visit a secluded floating village. This is one of the last remaining communities living directly on the bay, offering a glimpse into traditional Vietnamese aquatic life.
Return to the main boat where a delicious brunch is served as you cruise back to the dock, enjoying final panoramic views of the magnificent Ha Long Bay landscape.
Disembark from your cruise and begin the drive back to Hanoi. Upon arrival in Hanoi, you'll be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the airport for your flight to Danang.
Arrive in Danang where our driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Settle in and enjoy your first evening in this vibrant coastal city known for its beautiful beaches and rich culture.

Day 5 - Ba Na Hills & Hoi An Ancient Town

Experience two of central Vietnam's most iconic destinations in one day - the mountain retreat of Ba Na Hills with its famous Golden Bridge, followed by the enchanting ancient town of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Pick up from your hotel in Danang and transfer to Ba Na Hills (approximately 30km). Upon arrival, board the cable car which holds 5 world records for its length and height. Enjoy breathtaking views as you ascend the mountain.
Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, and the Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nginh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Old wine tunnel, and the beautiful Orchid Garden.
Free time for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with series of interesting games: 4–5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park (approximately 2 hours). Enjoy a local buffet lunch at Ba Na Hills.
Return to Hoi An to explore The Ancient Town. Thanks to the strict regional policy, all vehicles are prohibited at the center of the town, which makes it excellent for our walking tour.
To soak up all the graceful delights of Hoi An, you will start to explore Communal House, the temple built in 1679 by the locals as a rite to worship their goddess. Continue to ancient commercial houses, amazing masterpieces of construction that represent the ultimate blend of Chinese and Japanese architectural quintessences.
Visit the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, built as a gateway to connect to the Chinese quarter by the Japanese community in the early era. The bridge is well-preserved to its original appearance and architectural curve design. Overnight in Danang.

Day 6 - Danang to Ho Chi Minh City & Cu Chi Tunnels

Today you'll travel from central Vietnam to the bustling economic hub of the south - Ho Chi Minh City (still commonly referred to as Saigon). The day culminates with a visit to the historic Cu Chi Tunnels, an immense network of underground tunnels that played a vital role during the Vietnam War.
Today's Schedule
After breakfast, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Danang and transferred to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, our driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in the city.
In the afternoon, you'll be picked up from your hotel for the journey to the Cu Chi Tunnels. The drive takes approximately one and a half hours through the Vietnamese countryside, offering glimpses of local life outside the city.
Before exploring the tunnels, you'll watch an introductory video that explains how the tunnels were constructed and how people survived in the harsh conditions of wartime. This provides important context for understanding the significance of what you're about to see.
Spend time exploring the remaining area and tunnel systems, which include constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers that helped those living inside the tunnels meet their basic needs.
See many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels that were used for security purposes during the war. Afterwards, enjoy special tea and cassava (the guerilla's food during the war) which will be served to give you a taste of the wartime experience.
During break time, you have the opportunity to try real shooting with authentic guns (additional cost applies). This optional activity provides a unique experience for those interested.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City where you'll have dinner and spend the night. The evening is free for you to explore the vibrant city at your leisure.

About Cu Chi Tunnels
The Cu Chi Tunnels are an immense network of connecting underground tunnels located in the Cu Chi District of Ho Chi Minh City. They were the location of several military campaigns during the Vietnam War and served as the Viet Cong's base of operations for the Tet Offensive in 1968.
The tunnels were used by Viet Cong soldiers as hiding spots during combat, as well as serving as communication and supply routes, hospitals, food and weapon caches, and living quarters for numerous North Vietnamese fighters. The tunnel systems were of great importance to the Viet Cong in their resistance to American forces and helped to counter the growing American military effort.
Today, the Cu Chi Tunnels are a popular tourist attraction, offering visitors a unique historical experience and a glimpse into the underground life of Vietnamese soldiers during the war. Some sections have been widened to accommodate tourists, but they still maintain the authentic atmosphere of the original tunnels.
Day 7 - Full-day Mekong Delta Tour: My Tho - Ben Tre

Today you'll experience the lush landscapes and vibrant river life of the Mekong Delta. This full-day tour takes you to My Tho and Ben Tre, where you'll cruise along scenic waterways, visit local villages, and experience the authentic rural lifestyle of southern Vietnam.

Depart from Ho Chi Minh City and enjoy the scenic journey through the Vietnamese countryside bordered by lush green rice fields.
Arrive in My Tho and visit the beautiful Vinh Trang Pagoda. Then take a leisurely boat ride along the river, viewing stilt houses, fruit plantations, and fishing villages along the river bank.
Proceed to Tortoise Islet and enjoy a delicious lunch served in an orchard garden surrounded by tropical fruit trees.

Begin your day with a visit to the Independence Palace (Reunification Palace), built on the site of the former Norodom Palace. This historically significant building was the site of the end of the Vietnam War during the Fall of Saigon in 1975.
Head to the War Remnants Museum, which holds immense historical significance as a testament to the brutal realities of the Second Indochina War and its profound impact on the Vietnamese people.
Visit the beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral, a replica of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris built entirely with materials imported from France. Then explore the historic Central Post Office, one of the typical French Colonial buildings of Ho Chi Minh City, designed by Villedieu architect and his assistant Foulhoux from 1886-1891.
