5. Bookings & Payment
When booking a tour or experience through Holiday Vibez:
You must provide complete and accurate information.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
You are responsible for all fees, taxes, and additional charges associated with your booking.
Holiday Vibez is not liable for errors, delays, or issues caused by third-party payment processors.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.
6. Pricing & Availability
All prices, availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. As tours are operated by third-party providers, Holiday Vibez cannot guarantee real-time availability or accuracy of listings.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by tour operator.
Please review the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
Holiday Vibez is not responsible for cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or service adjustments made by tour operators.
We will assist in facilitating communication between you and the operator when possible.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to the operator’s policy, not Holiday Vibez’s internal policy.
8. Third-Party Operators
Holiday Vibez lists tours and services provided by independent third-party operators. We do not:
Own or manage these tours
Control the safety, quality, or experience provided
Guarantee the actions or reliability of operators
All liability for the delivery of services lies with the respective operator.
9. User Content
You may submit reviews, photos, feedback, or other content (“User Content”). By doing so, you grant Holiday Vibez a:
Non-exclusive
Worldwide
Royalty-free
Transferable
Sub-licensable
license to use, display, publish, and distribute your content on the Platform and in promotional materials.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content follows all applicable laws and does not violate any third-party rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content—including text, images, videos, logos, and trademarks—is owned by Holiday Vibez or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Holiday Vibez is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, business, or data
Travel delays or disruptions
Errors or omissions in listings
Issues arising from third-party services
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Holiday Vibez makes no warranties regarding:
The accuracy or completeness of listings
The availability of the Platform
The quality, safety, or suitability of third-party tours
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Platform may contain links to external websites. Holiday Vibez is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services offered by these third parties.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Holiday Vibez, its affiliates, staff, and partners harmless against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from:
Your misuse of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of third-party rights
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New South Wales.
