Itinerary information
Day 1: Arrival in Helsinki (D)
Arrive at Vantaa International Airport. Meet our representative outside the baggage hall and transfer to your hotel for check-in.
Overnight in Helsinki.
Day 2: Helsinki – Tallinn (Estonia) – Helsinki (B)
Take a ferry to Tallinn, the cultural hub and capital of Estonia. Visit Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, followed by a walking city tour covering Old Town, Parliament Building, Dome Church, and Toompea Hill. Return by ferry to Helsinki.
Overnight in Helsinki.
Day 3: Helsinki – Rovaniemi (Overnight Train) (B)
After breakfast, check out and proceed for a guided tour of Porvoo, known for its old wooden town, cafés, boutiques, and iconic red-ochre riverside warehouses.
Later, enjoy a Helsinki orientation tour covering the Finlandia Hall, City Hall, Parliament House, Presidential Palace, Lutheran Cathedral, Olympic Stadium, Sibelius Monument, and Rock Church.
In the evening, board the Santa Claus Express—an iconic overnight sleeper train with private cabins and dining onboard.

Day 4: Rovaniemi – Ranua Wildlife Park (B, D)
Arrive at Rovaniemi Railway Station, enjoy breakfast at an Indian restaurant, and proceed to the Ranua Wildlife Park. See polar bears and 50+ Arctic animal species.
In the evening, enjoy a Northern Lights chase tour by bus.
Overnight in Rovaniemi.
Day 5: Rovaniemi – Kemi – Icebreaker Cruise (B, L)
Travel to Ajos Pier in Kemi and board the Sampo Icebreaker for a unique Arctic experience. Cruise through the frozen sea and enjoy the rare opportunity to float among the ice in a survival suit.
Return to Rovaniemi.
Overnight in Rovaniemi.
Day 6: Rovaniemi – Santa Claus Village – Reykjavik (B, L, D)
Visit Santa Claus Village, cross the Arctic Circle, receive a certificate, meet reindeer, explore Snowman World, shop for souvenirs, and send postcards from Santa’s post office.
Later, transfer to the airport for your flight to Reykjavik.

Day 7: Golden Circle Classic Tour (B)
Enjoy a full-day guided tour covering Thingvellir National Park, the Geysir Geothermal Area, and Gullfoss Waterfall. Witness Iceland’s dramatic landscapes and walk between two continents.

Day 8: Snaefellsnes National Park Tour (B)
Discover the volcanic landscapes, black-pebble beaches, seal colonies, sea cliffs of Arnarstapi, Djúpalónssandur beach, and the iconic Kirkjufell Mountain.

Day 9: South Iceland, Waterfalls & Black Sand Beach (B)
Explore Iceland’s South Coast including Seljalandsfoss, Skógafoss, Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, glaciers, volcanoes, and coastal views.
Overnight in Reykjavik.
Day 10: Whale Watching & Northern Lights Cruise (B)
Sail from Reykjavik to Faxafloi Bay for whale watching. Spot dolphins, humpback whales, minke whales, and seabirds. Warm overalls and indoor viewing areas provided.
Later, visit the Whale Exhibition Centre.
Overnight in Reykjavik.
Day 11: Reykjavik – Departure (B)
Transfer to the airport for your flight back to India.

Visa Understanding & Responsibilities
By confirming this tour with Holiday Vibez, you acknowledge that:
- You authorize Holiday Vibez to apply for your visa. Visa approval depends solely on your personal profile, not Holiday Vibez.
- You must submit complete documents within 30 days of holiday confirmation.
- Holiday Vibez is not responsible for visa rejection under any circumstances.
- Holiday Vibez is not responsible for delays, rejection, or non-issuance of visas by the embassy.
- In case of visa delays affecting your departure, alternative arrangements can be made at an additional cost.
- Visa fees are non-refundable and subject to change.
- All documents must be submitted at least 60 days before travel.
- Late document submission may result in cancellations or extra charges.
- Embassy appointments, interviews, or biometrics are purely at the discretion of the Consulate and any cost must be borne by the traveller.
- Rejection or delay of visas will result in applicable cancellation charges as per policy.
- If you cannot travel due to visa issues, you may opt for a future tour date at additional amendment charges.

- Booking amount is non-refundable
- 45 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
- 21 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
- 15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
- Less than 7 days: 100% of tour cost

- No refunds for unused services including tours, rooms, meals, or transfers
- Itinerary and timings are subject to change
- Standard hotel check-in is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs
- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges
- Bed type requests are not guaranteed and depend on hotel availability
- Triple rooms typically include a rollaway bed; room sizes remain the same as twin rooms
- Maximum 3 persons per room recommended
- Holiday Vibez is not liable for injury, loss, damage, accidents, delays, illness, or death
- We are not responsible for:
- Errors or delays by airlines, transport companies, or operators
- Theft, strikes, illness, quarantine, mechanical failures, political situations, weather, or circumstances beyond control
- Changes in itinerary due to unavoidable situations
- In case of pandemic/epidemic-related cancellations, no cash refunds are provided. A credit voucher will be issued, transferable to friends/family.

Are meals included? Vegetarian options available?
Yes. Most packages include daily breakfast and Indian Vegetarian / Non-Vegetarian meals. Jain and vegan meals can be arranged on request whenever possible.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation charges depend on how many days remain before departure. The closer the travel date, the higher the cancellation fee. Exact cancellation charges will be mentioned at the time of booking.
Can I customize or upgrade my package?
Yes. You can request upgrades for flights, hotels, room types, food preferences, or additional sightseeing. Custom packages can be arranged for families, honeymooners, and corporate groups.
Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all international travelers. Some countries require mandatory travel insurance for visa approval. We can assist you in arranging insurance if needed.

All guests stay in premium 3-star (or higher) hotels with comfortable rooms, modern amenities, and excellent service. Room upgrades are available upon request at an additional cost.

Yes, flights are included in our all-inclusive packages. If a package does not include flights, it will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary or price section.

The package price covers accommodation, daily breakfast, guided sightseeing, entry tickets to major attractions, airport transfers, transportation during the tour, and an expert tour guide. In all-inclusive packages, flights and visas are also included.
