• Delays or rescheduling of flights or bullet trains during the tour may affect sightseeing inclusions or schedule.

• There is no luggage-handling facility; passengers must carry and manage their own luggage at hotels, airports, and in the motor coach.

• Any personal charges for room services like drinks, snacks, TV channels, minibar, water overflow, or damage will be billed to the room and must be settled before checkout.

• Changes in itinerary due to weather, government rules, epidemics, pandemics, or operational issues will not be considered grounds for refunds.
• In case of tour cancellation or postponement due to epidemic or pandemic, no cash refund will be given; only a credit voucher equivalent to the tour value will be issued for future use.
