Itinerary information

Day 1: Shanghai Arrival

Arrive in Shanghai, transfer to hotel. Evening visit to The Bund waterfront area and Nanjing Road. Experience the city's stunning night views.

Day 2: Shanghai City Tour

Visit Yu Garden, Shanghai Museum, and Jade Buddha Temple. Afternoon shopping at Tianzifang. Evening cruise on Huangpu River.

Day 3: Shanghai to Xi'an

Morning bullet train to Xi'an. Afternoon visit to Ancient City Wall and Muslim Quarter. Evening Tang Dynasty Show with dumpling dinner.

Day 4: Xi'an Highlights

Full-day tour of Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda and experience traditional calligraphy.

Day 5: Xi'an to Beijing

Booking Terms

  • As per Guides Union Regulation in China, it is compulsory to enter Union-certified shops such as Silk Factory, Pearl Factory, Crockery Factory and Jade Factory, but guests are not required to buy anything.
  • Delays or rescheduling of flights or bullet trains during the tour may affect sightseeing inclusions or schedule.
  • Guests are advised to carry universal charging adaptors, umbrellas/raincoats, and comfortable footwear.
  • The tour operates with a minimum of 20 full-paying passengers; if fewer, guests may travel on FIT basis by paying extra for seat-in-coach services with local representatives.
  • It is not common for hotels in China to provide tea/coffee/water bottles in rooms; meals are table-service style, served course-wise, with separate Veg and Non-Veg dishes.
  • Passports must be deposited at hotels during check-in; check-in time is 1500 hrs and check-out time is 1200 hrs, early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability at extra cost, and adjoining rooms depend on availability.
  • No porter services are provided at airports or railway stations; guests must carry their own luggage on bullet trains and airports, and Holidayviebz is not liable for luggage loss.
  • International cards are not accepted everywhere; local currency (RMB) in cash is commonly accepted, and money exchange is available at airports and many hotels.

Important Notes

  • Airfare is based on fare structure as of 1st June 2025; any increase due to fuel price, government regulations, or taxes will be borne by passengers.
  • Missed flights will result in complete ticket no-show, and passengers must purchase new return tickets themselves.
  • Travel to and from the hub city will be at the passengers’ own expense.
  • Recommended luggage is one big bag and one cabin bag per person, with internal flight allowance of 15 kg.
  • Porterage is not included at hotels, airports, immigration halls, train stations, or cruise terminals.

  • Cancellation 60 days prior to departure: 20% of the tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation 45 days prior to departure: 35% of the tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation 15 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
  • Overseas travel insurance is included for passengers up to 59 years of age.
  • Transportation will be in a private 33/49-seater coach with a rotation seating system; first-row seats are reserved for the guide, tour manager, followed by senior citizens.
  • All timings are approximate and subject to change as per operational discretion; itinerary may change due to airline or hotel availability, but inclusions will remain the same.
  • There is no luggage-handling facility; passengers must carry and manage their own luggage at hotels, airports, and in the motor coach.
  • Any unused services, facilities, sightseeing, or tours are non-refundable.
  • Any personal charges for room services like drinks, snacks, TV channels, minibar, water overflow, or damage will be billed to the room and must be settled before checkout.
  • Hotel, airline, visa, or transport services are not the full responsibility of Holidayvibez; alternate similar services may be provided if availability changes.
  • Holidayvibez is not responsible for loss of luggage, injury, death, or theft during the trip; services are arranged on behalf of clients and final responsibility rests with service providers.
  • Holidayvibez is not liable for claims related to breakdowns, accidents, delays, airline issues, vehicle defects, strikes, illness, weather, terrorism, or any event beyond control.
