Itinerary information
Day 1 - Cairo (D)
On arrival in Cairo, you will be greeted by our representative outside the baggage hall and drive to your hotel and check-in. This evening, enjoy Sound and light show at Pyramids. You can get a glimpse back in time to see, feel and imagine how it was when the powerful Egyptians ruled. Tonight enjoy a sumptuous dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Overnight at Hotel in Cairo.
Day 2 - Full Day Tour of Alexandria (B,L,D)
After continental buffet breakfast, we proceed to Alexandria (3 Hrs drive). Upon arrival, Visit the Catacombs, Pompey's Pillar, Montazah Garden & Palace. Tonight enjoy a sumptuous lunch.
Transfer back to Cairo. Later in the evening enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and drive back to your hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Cairo.
Day 3 - Cairo (B,L,D)
After Breakfast at your hotel, we depart on a guided tour of this ancient capital city. Visit the three Pyramids at Giza and the Sphinx which are considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Today enjoy a sumptuous lunch followed by a Camel Ride. See the famous Egyptian Museum which houses more than 2,50,000 antique pieces covering the whole history of ancient Egypt, Excluding the Royal Mummies Room. Later in the evening, transfer to Hotel.
Dinner and Overnight at Hotel in Cairo.
Day 4 - Aswan (B,L,D)
Breakfast in hotel OR Packed Breakfast depending on flight schedule. Transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan. Arrive to Aswan Airport, meet our representative who will transfer you to the Nile cruise. Embark on the cruise and leave the luggage & meet your guide who will escort you to visit the High Dam & the amazing Philae temple. Return to the cruise, check-in & have lunch.
Evening is free at leisure to do some optional excursions which will be offered by your guide according the availability or simply enjoy your stay on the cruise.
Dinner and overnight onboard of the cruise.
Note: Due to limited flight options you may have to take an early morning flight from Cairo.
Day 5 - Aswan – Komombo – EDFU (B,L,D
Breakfast on board of your Nile Cruise and relax as you sail along the Fertile Nile Valley with stop at Kom Ombo Temples. Visit Kom Ombo Temple of the Crocodile God Sobek. Enjoy the sights of the Nile River from the deck, as your Nile Cruise sails to Edfu. Enjoy meals on board the cruise. Overnight on board the River Nile cruise.
Day 6 - EDFU – LUXOR (B,L,D)
Breakfast on board of your Nile Cruise. We sail to Edfu town situated on the west bank of the river Nile. On arrival, we proceed to the famous Edfu temple dedicated to God Horus by horse carriage.
Lunch and Dinner on Board cruise and sail to Luxor. Overnight on board the River Nile cruise.
Day 7 - Luxor – Cairo (B,L,D)
After breakfast on board, check out from the Cruise. Start your day tour to the Luxor East Bank.
Visit Luxor Temple originally joined to Karnak by an avenue of Sphinxes. Visit Karnak temple which covers a huge area and includes several temples, the largest being the temple of Amon.
After lunch at Local Restaurant, we visit the famous tombs in the Valley of Kings and also see the temple of Hatshepsut. We then proceed to the Colossi of Memnon, which are the ruins of the funerary tomb of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the only queen who ruled Egypt.
Later, transfer to Hotel in Luxor. Dinner and Overnight in Luxor.
Day 8 - Luxor - Cairo – Daparture (B)
Breakfast at Hotel and fly to Cairo for your departure flight with Wonderful Memories about your Trip to Egypt.

- Any increase in USD rate leading to an increase in tour cost prior to departure (rate prevailing on payment day will apply).
- Extra costs incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any individual unforeseen incidence.
- Any private transfers taken instead of the provided coach transfers.
- Any add-on sightseeing/activities along with transfers if done other than mentioned in the tour program.
- Any upgradation in room category or airline class.
- Extra water bottle charges or premium seat charges.
- Mandatory tipping for on-tour services (Coach Driver, Local Guides, etc.) – USD 5 per person/per day, collected by the Tour Manager on Day 1.

Cancellation Policy for Group Departures
- Booking Amount: Completely non-refundable
- 45 Days Prior to Departure: 25% of total invoice amount will be charged
- 21 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of total invoice amount will be charged
- 15 Days Prior to Departure: 75% of total invoice amount will be charged
- Less Than 7 Days Prior: 100% of total invoice amount will be charged/forfeited

- Cruise Schedule: 03 Nights ex Aswan on Wednesday or Friday & few cruises on Monday. 04 Nights ex Luxor on Saturday or Monday & few cruises on Thursday.

- Transfers: All transfers throughout the entire trip on private basis by A/C Deluxe Vehicle.
- Cruise Itineraries: Cruise itineraries may change without prior notice due to navigational circumstances; sequence may vary but visits will remain.

- Tour Timings: Full day tours from 09:00 to 17:00 (max 8 hours); half day tours from 09:00 to 13:00 or 12:00 to 16:00 (max 4 hours).
- Tipping: Tipping is customary in Egypt to show appreciation; tips are not included in rates unless stated in inclusions.
- Passport Validity: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to arrival in Egypt to avoid issues at check-in.
- Weather in Egypt: Hot season from May to September; cool season from October to April.
- Dress Code: Proper dress recommended based on travel month; hot shorts not recommended at religious sites but allowed in resort cities like Sharm, Dahab, El Gouna, Marsa Alam & Hurghada.
